YBR is a small mortgage broker company who were looking to move out of a co-working space and into their own office. The brief was to create an intimate and “unbrokerish” space that would make their clients instantly feel comfortable. A neutral colour palette, natural materials and residential details helped to create a welcoming and familiar space that reflected YBR’s brand and work style.
